Hubertus Heil, Federal Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, visited Fraunhofer IML in July. The visit focused on technologies that will shape how humans and artificial intelligence (AI) work together in the working world of the future.
The visit was part of the minister’s summer tour of North Rhine-Westphalia, which focused on topics such as occupational safety, the shortage of skilled workers and collaboration between humans and AI. At the Fraunhofer IML, the focus was on intelligent future technologies. The Center of Excellence Logistics and IT had the opportunity to present the Picking Lab, Pace Lab and Exoskeleton Lab.
